Saturday after work, fished an oldie but goodie close to home. Only out for a couple hours. Fished with swimjigs, frogs, worms and crankbaits in any good weeds

SCOTTSBORO, Ala. - The Bass Fishing League is headed to Lake Guntersville Sept. 11-12 for the Choo Choo Division's two-day Super Tournament. As many as 400 boaters and co-anglers will be competing for top awards of up to $11,000 and $4,500, respectively.
labor day, kyle calls me up and we head over to whalon lake in the morning. We were greeted with 20-30 mph winds coming from the west, and Instantly headed over to the eastern shoreline to check our usual spots. This was the first time ever we blanked at whalon. It's been a few outings since we've caught anything worth posting, but this is a good one.
We've been using 70 cent Senkos from Cabella's the past few days, and catching ZERO keepers! Lots of bass....but nothing worth showing.
