well today we stopped by some new ponds in naperville. Jp, Alex, and I got into talking about special regulations about ponds that have been built in or around residential areas.

Out of curiosity for home owners and or park districts, What type of steps do they have to take for their ponds to be (what's the word I'm looking for) ? Productive or legal?
Jp told me that lakes need to be stocked with fish because of the mosquitoes, is this true?
Max And I met Jaypee at the harbors, right while he was working on a big Smallie. We all had a few passes at it, but it didnt really hit any of our baits. we moved around for a while, and found a bunch of empty beds. We found a smallmouth in the corner, but it was really spooky. SALISBURY, N.C. — Spence Brunson of Salisbury, N.C., won the Walmart Bass Fishing League North Carolina Division tournament on High Rock Lake Saturday with a five-bass catch weighing 22 pounds, 1 ounce. The victory earned Brunson $4,428 and placed him one step closer to qualifying for the Clarks Hill Lake Regional Championship in Appling, Ga., Oct. 15-17.
